Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and hygienic return process while reducing unnecessary disputes.

Please read the policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@aresunderwear.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed

- In original, unopened packaging

- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Underwear or intimate apparel that has been worn, tried on, washed, or used

- Opened or used liquid products

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Sale items (unless defective)

- Gift cards

Important Hygiene Notice

Underwear and intimate items cannot be returned once tried on or worn, even briefly.


Exceptions (Accepted Cases)

Returns or resolutions are accepted only in the following cases:

- Sizing issues, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

- Manufacturing defects or damaged items upon arrival

If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.


Size Issue Resolution (No Return Required)

To reduce delays and chargebacks related to sizing issues, we offer a dedicated size resolution process.

If the size you received does not fit correctly:

- No return is required

- We may offer a one-time replacement in the correct size

Conditions for Size Replacement:

- Applies only to sizing issues, not preference or wear

- The customer must complete a Size Confirmation Statement (Declaration of Honor) confirming:

1. The size received does not fit as expected

2. The information provided is truthful and accurate

3. The request is made in good faith

Once validated, the correct size will be shipped free of charge.


Anti-Abuse Policy (Very Important)

To prevent misuse:

- Size replacements are limited to one per order

- Repeated size claims from the same customer are not eligible

- We reserve the right to refuse a replacement in cases of:

1) Inconsistent or false information

2) Suspected abuse

3) Multiple prior claims

ARES Underwear may request additional information before approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- You will be notified of approval or refusal

- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

- Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at team@aresunderwear.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Contact us immediately at team@aresunderwear.com

- Include your order number and clear photos

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

- Please return the original item (if eligible)

- Place a new order after receiving your refund or store credit


Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns are sent to our fulfillment warehouses in Asia or USA.

The return address in USA: 141 Mercury Cir, Pomona, CA 91768, US

The return address in China is provided only after approval.

For any return parcel, please complete the following:
1. Write your Customer Name, order number clearly in the “Recipient/Attention” line on the return label
2. Submit the Return Registration Form with the tracking number in advance in the link: Return Registration Form 

Shipping cost responsibility:

- Defective or damaged items:
→ We cover return shipping and reshipment with a partial refund

- Sizing issues (replacement policy):
→ No return required, replacement shipped free

- Change of mind / preference:
→ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

- Proof of purchase required
